About

Building something looks like an outside job at first. Product, customer, revenue, numbers. After you've been in it long enough, you realize the real work isn't there. The real work is in what question you go to bed with. Where your attention drifts during the day, and what pulls it back. What freedom actually means to you — whether it's a destination, an escape, or just a more comfortable shape of the same thing you were already running from.

I'm based in Turkey, working in both local and international markets. I build my own products and I build for clients. Most of it is AI applications.

What I write here isn't the daily log of that work. It's what keeps running underneath while the work happens. The day-to-day is built on making things, selling them, breaking them, fixing them. But other things keep moving below the surface — attention, meaning, staying human in the age of AI, the marks that speed and constant output leave on a person.

Writing is how I make those things visible to myself. As long as a thought stays in your head, you don't really know its shape; the moment you put it on the page, you see it for the first time. That's what this place is for.
